By accessing or using https://toollyai.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use ToollyAI.

ToollyAI provides an editorial directory of AI tools, comparison and educational content, and a workflow for product submissions. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service when reasonably necessary for operations, quality, security, or compliance.

Listings, comparisons, categories, and other content are provided for general informational purposes. They are not a promise that a listed product is suitable, safe, lawful, available, accurate, or appropriate for your use.

Fees and refunds

If a paid submission or feature is offered, the price, currency, taxes, and payment terms shown at checkout apply to that transaction. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider under that provider's terms.

To discuss a refund, email support@toollyai.com with the relevant submission and payment details. Refund requests are reviewed individually; unless applicable law requires otherwise, a request does not itself guarantee a refund.

Intellectual property and third-party links

ToollyAI and its original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as permitted by law or with our written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content in a way that exceeds ordinary personal or internal business use.
